   Once an order is placed, production begins immediately. Please review all details before confirming your purchase as we cannot accommodate changes after the order has been placed.

4. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
   Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer remorse.

5. Shipping
   We ship only to Japan, USA, Italy, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Shipping times are provided in the product descriptions as average business days, and it is the customer's responsibility to check these estimates before placing an order. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a notification with a tracking number. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Cancellations
   We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
